Shipping Policy

Delivery Schedule

Please refer to our delivery schedule for regular delivery days and free delivery minimums in your area.

This is our standard schedule and may be adjusted due to order volume, statutory holidays, weather, traffic or other operational circumstances. We will notify affected customers of any changes.

Order Cut-Off Times

Regular orders - 9:00 PM on the preceding business day

Orders received by this deadline will be scheduled for your area’s next delivery day, subject to product availability.

For Monday deliveries, please place your order by 9:00 PM on Sunday.

Late orders - before 7:00 AM on your scheduled delivery day

If you miss the regular cut-off, you may still place an order before 7:00 AM on your scheduled delivery day. We will do our best to accommodate it, but delivery that day is not guaranteed. Please contact us to confirm whether your order can be included.

All cut-off times are Pacific Time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to add items, change a delivery address or cancel an order must be received by 9:00 PM on the business day before your scheduled delivery.

Requests received after this deadline are subject to confirmation and may not be accommodated.

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders meeting the minimum amount listed for your area in our delivery schedule.

Free delivery minimums are based on the merchandise subtotal before tax and exclude delivery fees.

If you are unsure which delivery area applies to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Orders Below the Free Delivery Minimum

Orders below the applicable minimum can be delivered on your area’s regular scheduled delivery day for the following fee:

  • Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby: $20 per delivery

  • Other areas within our local delivery coverage: $30 per delivery

Paying a delivery fee does not guarantee same-day or off-schedule delivery.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please provide an accurate delivery address, contact phone number, receiving hours and any access or unloading instructions. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, a redelivery fee will apply:

  • Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby: $20 per redelivery

  • Other areas within our local delivery coverage: $30 per redelivery

Redelivery will be arranged subject to route availability.

Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Arrival times may vary depending on traffic, order volume and route conditions.

If you have specific receiving hours or delivery restrictions, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether they can be accommodated.

Deliveries Outside Metro Vancouver

For addresses outside Metro Vancouver, please contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability, shipping arrangements and applicable charges.
